Why was my order declined but my card was charged?
If your order was declined it is most likely because you entered your card's billing information incorrectly. - During checkout, please make sure you have entered your credit card information accurately, otherwise, your bank provider will decline the transaction. - If you see charges on your statement from us but your order was declined by us, these charges are, "temporary holds," and will disappear in a few business days.
