General Questions:

How do I cancel or modify my order?

If you just placed your order log into your account locate the order number or find it in the email that you used at checkout. Once you found it, please reach out to us via email on our contact page.

If your order has already shipped, you must wait until you received your order to ship it back.

 

    Are your products authentic?

    Yes. All our products are 100% authentic and come directly from their respective brands' distribution warehouses. 

    Most products and devices come with a verification badge. Follow the instructions for the devices to check for yourself.


      Why was my order declined but my card was charged?

      If your order was declined it is most likely because you entered your card's billing information incorrectly.

      During checkout, please make sure you have entered your credit card information accurately, otherwise, your bank provider will decline the transaction.

      If you see charges on your statement from us but your order was declined by us, these charges are, "temporary holds," and will disappear in a few business days.

      Alternatively, you can contact your credit card provider and they will remove the charges for you. If you have any other questions please contact us via email.

         

        Why was my order refunded?

        My order was completely refunded — If your order was completely refunded its because all of the items in your order were out of stock.

        My order was partially refunded — If you were refunded for 1 or more of your items its because they were no longer in stock when your order was being packaged.

        Since all banks are different refunds typically arrive in 3-7 business days. If it takes longer then this please contact us.

         

        Shipping & Returns 

        Do you accept returns or exchanges?

        Yes, we accept returns that are also eligible for exchanges, but customers are responsible for purchasing their return labels. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for more details.

         

        How long will it take to get my order?

        We ship out all orders the same or the next business day but reserve the right to take up to 2 business days to ship any orders.

        After orders have been shipped, our estimated delivery times are as follows:

          • 1-2+ Business Days: CT, DE, MD, NJ, NY, PA
          • 2-3+ Business Days: DC, GA, IN, KY, ME, MI, NC, NH, OH, SC, TN, VA, VT, WV
          • 3-4+ Business Days: AL, AR, FL, IA, IL, KS, LA, MN, MO, NE, WI
          • 4-5+ Business Days: AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, MS, MT, ND, NM, NV, OK, OR, PR, SD, TX, UT, WA, WY & US Virgin Islands

        Why is my tracking number not updating ?

        Sometimes packages are sent off to their destinations without being scanned until it reaches the post office in your town/city.

        If your tracking information has not updated and it's been longer than our estimated shipping times, please contact us.


        What shipping carriers do you use?

        We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You will be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.


        My package says delivered but I didn’t get it?

        If your tracking information for your package says delivered but your package is not where it normally is, the carrier may have placed it in an alternative location. 

        Carriers sometimes place packages in safer locations if normal mail drop is not suitable. 

         

        Please check the following locations before contacting us: 

          • Your Mailbox,
          • Yours and your neighbors' porches, Garage,
          • In between doors and entrances around your home/building,
          • Check with your neighbors,
          • If you live in an apartment building check your mailroom

        Please note that in some rare instances, packages can say delivered but will take up to an additional 24 hours to arrive.

        *Delta 8 Dudes is not responsible for lost packages after they say delivered by the carrier.

        If your package is lost in transit and the tracking info has not been updated in 5 or more business days please contact us immediately!

        In all inquiries to Delta 8 Dudes please include your name, order number, and email used to place the order. Followed by your issue.
